Wood Warren is focused on serving companies which typically meet the following criteria:
Revenues between $25 MM and $1 B.
We will work with companies which are outside of this range when we believe we can be effective. For companies with revenues that are less than $25 MM, we look to a variety of other factors including growth rates, profitability, valuation and potential interest from investors and buyers.
California and the Western states.
Companies throughout the supply chains in Food, Beverage and Agriculture industries. Wood Warren has worked with companies throughout the "farm to table" supply chain and has executed transactions for grapevine nurseries, farmers and growers, equipment manufacturers, packaging producers, food and commodity processors, distributors, service providers, wineries, craft breweries, bakeries, water bottlers, grocery stores, restaurants and other retail outlets.
Given the Partners' extensive experience over the past 30 years across numerous industries ranging from financial services to utilities to industrial to consumer products, the Firm will continue to work in the future with companies in other segments, including: business and consumer services, manufacturing, distribution and logistics.
Wood Warren works with both public and private companies. Private companies may be owned by an individual, partnership, family or an investment firm such as a private equity firm.
Capital Raising - debt (senior and subordinated) and equity (preferred and common)
Buy-Side Acquisitions - one or several targets as part of a long term acquisition program
Sell-Side - a division, minority and majority equity positions, complete ownership
